Lives & works in Reno, NV
A love of art has been with me since I was very young and has been part of my family for generations. My interest in photography began when my grandfather showed me his vast collection of cameras. I remember noticing that in nearly every old photograph of him, there is a camera around his neck.
It was at the University of Nevada that I honed my skills and developed an even deeper passion for photography. I was encouraged and challenged by some very special professors to go beyond my comfort zone and really explore the medium.
Between becoming a teacher, working on my Masters of English degree, and living a busy adventure filled life I always make time for photography. Whether it is a photo shoot with a client, or just a day exploring the desert, I want photography to always be part of my life.
